Twilight
みどり はやし
Twilight.
For “just another vampire book”,
It sure has changed many peoples’ lives.
It has Romance,
Drama,
Humor,
Suspense,
and even a bit of Gore.
Then came New Moon, Eclipse, and Breaking Dawn.
More Romance,
Drama,
Humor,
Suspense,
and even a bit more Gore.
But if you are like me,
And you try to connect everything in real life to a book…
The Twilight Saga is a Guide to Dating.
Edward Cullen is a role-model for most guys.
Jacob Black is another one to consider,
If you prefer not to be as classy as Edward.
Edward taught guys that being able to touch your love is not necessary,
As long as they know how far you would go for them.
Jacob taught everyone that you need to get out more,
And enjoy life freely.
Bella taught us girls a thing or two too.
First off, we need to be patient.
Good things come to those who wait.
She also taught us that birth control is a very wise choice indeed.
Jacob is a very good example of a teenage boy in love.
He is a reminder to never kiss a girl,
Unless she wants you to.
Bella also reminded us that punching the guy who kissed you,
Can have major consequences.
Edward represented self-sacrifice.
We need to learn to think about others,
And not just ourselves.
Last of all,
Seth Clearwater: The best of them all in my opinion,
Taught us to get along with everybody,
Even if they’re mortal enemies.
What would we do without Stephenie Meyer?
